Problem: This course is part of the broad Property Management course which aims to fulfill the class requirements for property manager certification and prepare the participants to pass the certification test. However, the course was too monotonous and hard to study from.
Solution: The course needs to be revamped and the new course will have real-life applications and scenarios to make it engaging and easy to study from. The new course will also contain small assessment to prepare for the exam.
Chemical Hazard Safety
Type: compliance course | Audience: all employees | Course length: 20 minutes.
Problem: Employees have to take a chemical hazard safety e-learning module as part of the company’s compliance trainings. However, the rating for this training is unsatisfactory and the failure rate of the first-time test takers are high.
Solution: The training needs to be relevant and engaging so employees find it useful and can retain information more easily.
Solve Your Cat’s Litter Problems
Type: micro learning explainer course | Audience: cat owners | Course length: 4 minutes.
Problem: One of the main reason why cats are surrendered to animal shelters and adopted cats returned to the shelter is because of cat’s litter problems.
Solution: A course on how to troubleshoot cat’s litter problems is needed. The course has to contain troubleshooting practice in form of branching scenario.
Hiring Interview Strategies
Type: a series of soft skill micro learning courses | Audience: HR interviewers | Course length: average of 4 minutes/course (total of 8 courses).
Problem: A company needs to hire 200 tech workers within a year. However, the quality and quantity of the past hire has not been satisfactory.
Solution: A course teaching HR interviewer to interview and hire effectively is needed. The course should incorporate real-life scenarios to increase retention and concept application.
